Abstract

In order to get better images from the extreme low density or weak absorption materials, a new modulation transfer function model is established for the X-ay phase contrast imaging method. Then the effects of the ray source size parameter are elaborated on the basis of the partially coherent optical theory. From the simulation and calculation, the proposal and parameter optimization are revealed according to the actual materials experiment conditions..
