Abstract

Green organic light emitting diode and photovoltaic diodes were fabricated based on a mixed ligands 8 hydroxyquinoline aluminum complex. The max imum luminance was 2504 cd/m 2 and current density was 460 mA/cm 2 at 10 V. This complex is sensitive to the ultraviolet irridation. In the optimized ultraviolet photovoltaic diode, the open circuit voltage (VOC), short circuit urrent density (JSC), fill fa ctor (FF) and power conversion efficiency (PCE) were 1.56 V, 19.5 u A/cm 2 , 0.26 and respectively..
