Abstract

Let G be a non-abelian group and let Z(G) be the center of G. We associate with G a graph ΓG as follows: Take G\Z(G) as vertices of ΓG and join two distinct vertices x and y whenever xy ≠ yx. The graph ΓG is called the noncommuting graph of G. In this paper we compute non – commuting graph of dihedral group D2n as a symmetry group of some fullerene graphs.

Keywords

Fullerene, Non – commuting graphs, Conjugacy classes, Dihedral group.
