Abstract

Boron doped Cadmiuim Selenide (CdSe) films were prepared by spray pyrolysis technique at 275 oC substrate temperature using boric acid (H3BO3) as dopant source, and their properties were investigated as a function of doping concentration. In addition, CdSe(B) films were obtained by adding 0.0025M, 0.01M, 0.015M and 0.05M H3BO3 to the initial solution. The effects of boric acid concentration on the structural, morphological and optical properties of CdSe films were discussed in detail..
