Abstract

The PbV1-xFexO3 (with 0  x  0.3) perovskites were synthesized by solid stare reaction method under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. The effects of the synthesis parameters on the structure and phase compositions were analysed by X-ray diffraction. The main phase is tetragonal, of PbVO3 type, space group P4mm. Some impurity phases were also identified and their content estimated..
