Abstract
When two solvents very different from the point of view of intermolecular interactions are used to obtain ternary solutions of
a spectrally active molecule, the competition of the solvent molecules can be characterized by estimating the average
statistic weights of the two solvents in the first solvation sphere of the studied molecule. The model of the ternary solutions
was used to estimate the content of the first solvation sphere of some zwitterionic molecules.
